We are currently running classes by appointment. Most cost $35/hr for up to 4 people.

What is up with your crazy hours???

Yeah, we have insane hours at our physical location. We know that. We genuinely feel horrible any time it means we miss you.

As you may know, we juggle several jobs and three kids, but that's not the real reason for most of the bizarre hours (although closing to pop girls off to Brownies when it's raining does happen from time to time!)

The Dyeworks is a functioning workshop & classroom, and several aspects of our business involve processes that we must dedicate our attentions to 100%. At times, they also produce noxious odors that we can't in good conscience expose our customers to (if I am wearing a respirator, you can't come in!)

Since our workshop and our retail shop share the location we often have to juggle the two sides of the business. When we can open the shop at the same time, we do, but it isn't always predictable... We maintain two days a week with hours that we will definitely be open so you can be sure to catch us.

If you are coming into town, you can generally call the shop to see if we are there, we might be open! As a rule, if we can't open the doors, we try not to answer the phone. Otherwise, call the week before to make an appointment. We are sorry when things don't work out, but we really do appreciate how flexible our customers are in understanding how tough it is to hold shop out of a running workshop! We love you more than you can imagine!
